Challenge
The original scope of work was a UX UI audit of the current MaxOne application. They wanted to dig deep to find areas of opportunity that would improve user interation.
Breaking this down further, we understood that the challenges MaxOne wanted to addresss were; democratising youth training
connecting athletes and parents to the best training tools, becoming more established, adequate and reliable, building more features to make the experience pain-free, creating a product that would help parents coach better.

Process:
Our UX UI audit/assessment was an in-depth research and discovery process. We started with the business strategy; market research, shareholder interviews, user interviews, product assessment and brand understanding.
Once we felt we had a clear and deep understanding of MaxOne, their audience and their product, we moved into assessing the product in more depth. We discussed and defined what the ‘core’, ‘key’ and ‘nice-to-have’ features, functionalities and call to actions were. This helped us understand the design of the original product, identify user pain points, and establish what needed to be improved.
When we presented this audit, it was clear that Noise could partner with MaxOne to make these suggestions a reality.

Solution:
Our ongoing UX UI collaboration has taken MaxOne from strength to strength. An intimate design team of two UX UI experts meant that our talent became embedded within MaxOne’s culture - it felt like one big team!

We began the UX UI process from a strategic and highly planned standpoint, before moving into the nitty gritty details. All design decisions were focused on addressing former challenges and finding new and innovative ways of improving the user experience.
